Refund and Returns Policy

At Royal Horology, we take pride in crafting timepieces of unparalleled quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless returns and replacement process.

1. Returns Policy

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Watches must be in unworn, undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
• Custom or engraved watches are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our Customer Service team at  royalhorology@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the watch securely in its original packaging, including all protective materials.
3. Ship the return via a trackable and insured courier (we recommend DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

Refund Process

• Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

2. Replacements & Warranty Claims

Manufacturing Defects

All Royal Horology watches come with a 5-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact our support team with:
   • Proof of purchase
   • Detailed description/photos of the issue
2. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
3. Once inspected, we will repair or replace your watch free of charge.

Non-Warranty Repairs

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under warranty but may be eligible for paid repair services.

3. Shipping & Handling

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• For international returns, customs/duties fees are non-refundable.
• We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment—Royal Horology is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
